NII KPSSZ continuously maintains the quality management system (QMS) which corresponds to ISO 9001 international standard. It means that the quality of the results of the Institute’s work is guaranteed not only by state licenses and department control, but also by the international system of quality management systems certification.
The control of compliance with the requirements of the international quality standard in the NII KPSSZ is performed by the auditors of the leading international QMS certification bodies (UKAS accreditation): from 2011 to 2017 – NQA (National Quality Assurance) company, since 2018 the experts of SGS (JSC “SGS Vostok Limited”) have started the assessment of the quality management system compliance.
