Research fields of the Department – methodological development and maintenance of fundamental and clinical trials on actual problems of diagnostics of cardiovascular diseases

Scientific missions of the Department:

1. to develop and to implement the effective methods and algorithms for recognition of manifestations, objectification and determination of the damage degree and treatment efficacy in multivessel coronary artery disease, heart rhythm disturbances, use of biological prostheses in cardiovascular surgery by means and methods of all kinds of diagnostic procedures;
2. to develop and to standardize the methodological approaches to improve the quality of scientific researches and obtaining accurate competitive world-class results from the perspective of evidence-based medicine.
