Additional Professional Education

PROFICIENCY ENHANCEMENT CYCLES

On the basis of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Research Institute for Complex Issues of Cardiovascular Diseases” the general proficiency enhancement cycles are provided for the following specialities: “Cardiology”, “Roentgenology”, “Healthcare management and public health”, “Anesthesiology and Intensive Care”, “Clinical laboratory medicine”, “Roentgen-endovascular diagnosis and treatment”, “Cardiovascular surgery”, “Functional diagnostics”.

The duration of the cycles is 144 hours. Upon completion of the training, a certificate of proficiency enhancement and a specialist certificate are issued.

As a part of continuing medical education, additional proficiency enhancement programs with workload of 36 academic hours have been added on  the portal of continuing medical and pharmaceutical education (https://edu.rosminzdrav.ru/) for the following specialities: “Anesthesiology and Intensive Care”, “Roentgenology”, “Roentgen-endovascular diagnosis and treatment”, “Cardiology”, “Cardiovascular surgery”, “Functional diagnostics”.

ONSITE TRAINING

On the basis of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Research Institute for Complex Issues of Cardiovascular Diseases” onsite training is provided on the principle of individual training.

Training goal is to study the experience and the modern types of diagnostics used in the NII KPSSZ for subsequent consolidation of the obtained skills into practice. As well as the further improvement of theoretical knowledge and professional skills.

The study duration is from three days to two weeks. The terms are set in agreement with the training center. The theme and the content of the programs are formed by the training center or by the attached tutor together with the trainee, based on the preferences and taking into account the capabilities of the center. The students are provided with an opportunity to use regulatory, instructive, educational and methodological documentation of the NII KPSSZ. Upon completion of the training a certificate of the onsite specialization training for the selected section is issued.

PROFESSIONAL RETRAINING

On the basis of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Research Institute for Complex Issues of Cardiovascular Diseases” the cycles of professional retraining are provided for the following specialities: “Cardiology”, “Clinical laboratory medicine”, “Roentgen-endovascular diagnosis and treatment”, “Cardiovascular surgery” and “Functional diagnostics”. The duration of the cycles is 504 academic hours. Upon completion of the training a diploma of professional retraining and a specialist certificate are issued.
